. . .As my spirit flies over the valley I wonder if I will ever return to the village where I left my luggage. It would be far easier to travel without it I note. I look to my right and see a monastery tower with someone waving for me to come over. Almost momentarily I land with ease onto the balcony near the tower. It all seems so familiar as I survey the valley and distant mountains. But who is this monk who is looking at me now from the window with such a huge smile? I wake in a deep state of wonder.’

A series of dreams led me to make a pilgrimage to Mt Kailash, Tibet in 2016. During my pilgrimage on the mountain I have another dream:

‘I enter a mysterious doorway with some trepidation and find myself in a cave illuminated by beings of light. Some beings are discernible in human form while others are pure light. They each have their own small cave carved high up into the walls of the cave. “We have been waiting for you” they say. Below them I can see a river running where hundreds of beings are praying near the river bank. There is a message about “letting go” into the river and I awaken.

Upon awakening I feel a new realm of my being open in my heart, forever changed. Ancient myths speak of beings dwelling within Mt Kailash. I feel this is an archetypal dream meant to share.
